I started pole a week ago and was feeling defeated because of my size. I was telling myself I wouldn't be able to do a lot of these moves until I lose weight but that's not the case. This video just got me my fireman, thank you ☺️

You both did amazing! I'm a plus size woman just starting and it's all so daunting. It seems I have no upper body strength to lift myself off the ground. But I'll keep trying no matter how long it takes me x

When I first started poling I was a size 6/8. Then I had to stop because my studio closed down. I gained over 90 pounds and now I'm poling again, but now I'm a size 12 and I've gotten frustrated because I'm starting from ground zero all over again and I have to build my strength. You ladies did great.

you both did so freaking good fr and it made me want to go to a class SO badly but im always down on myself for being thicker, like just not skinny and i've had 3 kids so to me, it always felt impossible to even attempt. I weigh like 180 and im 5 foot 2 and most of it is in my thighs and booty lol but that I do have a thick belly too. Seeing different sizes do it and it be so fun and successful- it gives me a different perspective on my own abilities. I guess we usually are our own worst enemies ugh! You guys are amazing and were so good. Good job!

I'd love her to be my teacher.. I started recently. 3 classes but I don't care for the instructor nor music.. I was amazed how easily it is to get my big self up the pole, lol. But yes, you feel it. Exercising disguised as play. Perfection. My only critique.. The music was a bit too loud. Otherwise, well done!!!
