So, one you move everything to the external HDD or SSD do you just plug it in and boom all your games will be there on the new console? What if you have like halo mcc on the external drive and the console itself and you plug it in? Does it like corrupt it or does it do nothing?

So even though it’s a ssd, you have to download it to the internal hard drive to be able to play the game?

Sucks you cant just play you have to transfer files to the internal storage and it can't just sit on the game drive

It’s only good if u got a different Xbox like an Xbox series X to get the speed times faster on the ssd of the Xbox series X

Did you check if the game is up to date before you try to transfer it? Or delete it and reinstall it then try to transfer again?
