Are you new to Pilates!? Start with the basics and learn how Pilates can transform your body! In this FULL BODY BEGINNERS PILATES WORKOUT you’ll develop strength, flexibility, tone and good form. This is the first video in my 5 part beginners series for those who are COMPLETELY NEW to PILATES, recovering from an injury or suffering from aches and pain. It’s also for those of you who’ve had some time off of exercise and/or want to return to the basics to develop more effective movement patterns and balanced strength. You’ll learn how proper alignment/form, breathing and core engagement can help you get the most out of Pilates. In doing so you’ll discover how consistent Pilates practise enables you to move through life feeling, strong, confident well-balanced and pain free!
I recommend working through this video as many times as you need to before moving onto BEGINNERS PILATES WORKOUT 2 • Transform Your Body! B... Remember, there’s no rush with Pilates. Take your time, build strength and listen to your body!
What you’ll need for this workout…A mat and yourself! No equipment necessary. However, if you have a full length mirror handy, having visual feedback can help you stay on top of your form!

You are right, she looks gorgeous. But I guess it is not only genetic but good nutrition and daily pilates excercises as well.
