@@fp6343 Maybe that is the case on smaller 2 stroke bikes, I only had bigger (125-250) and the carb was right at the base of the cylinder, or directly below it. Not in the middle like here. But I am not an expert and I guess the angle of the video make it hard to see exactly where it is.

@graphicstechs9 ай бұрын
Certainly! The transparency in the engine bike work oil is primarily to provide visibility into the oil's condition and level. Regarding its temperature resistance, transparency does not inherently affect the oil's ability to withstand high temperatures. The oil's temperature resistance is determined by its specific formulation and intended purpose. Always ensure to use an engine oil that meets the manufacturer's specifications for your bike, taking into consideration factors such as viscosity and temperature range for optimal performance and protection.

With that much oil in the gearbox isn't there a powerloss?
@graphicstechs9 ай бұрын
The volume of oil in the gearbox is carefully designed to provide optimal lubrication without causing excessive drag or power loss. While it's true that too much oil can create resistance and affect performance, manufacturers engineer bike gearboxes to operate efficiently with the specified amount of oil. Transparent engine oil allows riders to visually inspect the oil's condition, ensuring that it remains clean and effective. However, it's crucial to follow the manufacturer's recommendations regarding oil quantity and viscosity to maintain the gearbox's performance. When properly maintained, the gearbox should provide smooth operation without significant power loss due to excessive oil.
