This is was posted by garnt on the trash taste subreddit regarding the length of the special. "Hey guys, just an explanation on why this special is so short. Originally, there was meant to be a third segment of this special which was gonna be the biggest and longest one (Nascar/racing segment) Unfortunately, filming was scheduled a few days after Aer Lingus losing all our equipment, so even after a few days of panic finding what we could, we ended up with a third of the filming equipment we were meant to have. Due to the complexity of a shoot at a race course, alot of footage wasn't enough to work with, and only had enough to competently film our final time trial race. (Originally we had 3 separate cars doing individual training) This means there's a whole day of race car training and Banter that wasn't caught on camera, so we decided to cut that segment out completely. You can see the final race in the patreon cut, but there is no build up or context to what happened earlier in the day. Anyway, hope you still enjoy what could be filmed!"

@@Hideyoshi1991maybe when the FBI, and other government bodies properly enforce the authority the law already gives them I'd be more welcoming of additional 2A restrictions, but at the moment I see no point. Plenty of mass shootings could be stopped if they'd just do their jobs when it comes to: updating background checks so those who have been found unfit to buy a firearm in court, can't (like the Sutherlands, Texas shooting) Properly following protocol when it comes to report calls about a potential mass shooter (like the Florida, Parklands shooting). Until the government actually uses the authority they have to prevent tragedies like those, I'm not gonna consider anymore limits to the 2nd amendment (at least on a national level) because they won't even make use of the laws they currently have. Also in many states like Tennessee, and California domestic violence is already a reason to have a citizen's firearms taken from them. You really are just proving there's a lot of paranoia, since you don't even know about any of the facts and have just been spewing crap from your butt. The biggest curtail to mass shootings currently wouldn't be any potential new safety restrictions we could add on to the 2nd amendment, but the government themselves not being too lazy to do their job in situations where it matters most.

Man I like to see Garnt handle those fire arms pretty well. As a life long fire arm user. Garnt looked pretty competent. And I was really happy to see Connor finally win in a special. This just really warms my heart. I wish I could take these guys to one of my gun ranges and really have some fun. But I think they all did very well for first time gun users, it can be understandably very Nerv wracking to use a fire arm for the first time. @@ARCHIEcfj The people replying to you must not have seen those videos of complete newbies who messed up shooting a handgun. It's rare but it happens - You lose your grip from the surprise. The recoil makes the gun flip and twirl around your trigger finger, like a very confused Ocelot, literally pointing a gun at yourself. Even worse is if they accidentally bump fire it again in the millisecond confusion, since their finger is still on the trigger. Example: Go google "How not to shoot a revolver; guy bump fires and almost taps his head with the second shot" That's why people say "Only load 1 bullet at first"

@D3moknight Жыл бұрын
Great job guys! Fun video. I love seeing people shoot for their first time. Since you guys obviously had fun, NEXT time you get to shoot any firearm with a butt stock like a shotgun or rifle, it helps prevent pain in your shoulder to make sure to pull the gun tight into your shoulder before you fire. This helps the tissue settle in a more comfortable position before the kick so it doesn't hurt or bruise as badly. If you do that, you would be able to shoot many magazines through most shotguns or rifles without feeling much soreness after.
