This really hit me cuz like...I can't take photos of myself. My dumb brain and self esteem doesn't allow me to look at a picture of myself and enjoy how it looks. I'm way too critical and I'll always find something to hate about it. But the pictures of myself that other people have taken? Some of my most cherished memories.

I read somewhere that the memories we keep and remember in most detail are emotionally charged moments, both positive and negative. So I always try to think why I remember something. And when I don’t remember I assume those times were neutral to me. But also trauma messes with memory lol.

I'd call family, make sure they come get my dogs, and as I spoke with them, I'd take notes about my stuff that they need to know, and hope an hour is enough time to not forget anything major. I'd also apologize, since my house would be a mess.

It is a really interesting concept on what you will do. If you want a manager which explores a bunch of people who only have twenty four hours to live and there are some Great short stories there I would recommend ikigami, the psychology and different reactions was done so well

why not do it anyway? yes a decades longer than a year and a millennia is longer than a decade few live to100, in actuality our good lifes are short and ephemeral, fleeting and short, every day lost is going towards every week, month,year, that you're going to waste with that thought in your head. if you treasure life, don't let time gather and leave everything behind, one day,nothing will remain, take what you can while you can...hell a big war may come in the next few years, what about then? it might be to late....just a strangers opinion, what the hell do i know?
