This was an eye opener for me, thank you, it was very well explained. I suffer all these traits, but I haven't suffered any major trauma. I guess we all experience situations differently

@@Micheline.Maalouf Im updating now that’s it’s been a few months. I’ve gotten into Pilates and started doing them when I’d start feeling anxious or when I’d feel drowsy and it really did improve my mood! It was pretty crazy how immediate the change was. I also set a daily step goal for myself which adds some fulfillment to each day as well. As for the progressive muscle relaxation, It helps me pin point now when/where I’m getting tense and to focus on relaxing! Thank you so much!! I will continue with these little steps towards improving myself :)
