Have you thought about putting your hoes through a piece of inch and a half to 2 inch heavy wall PVC pipe? You still need to wrap it. Also you might think about that pex tubing. Comes in red and blue I don't know about any other color. I have not seen it burst when it freezes. I'm just throwing out some ideas 💡. Been there done it kind of thing. Also make sure there's some kind of insulated skirting going for the ground up to the camper trailer. Something like you do with the mobile home.

@@CAROLDDISCOVER-1983 We have a video skirting the bottom of the trailer. I have a heat lamp under the trailer she will turn on if it gets down around 15 degrees. She will also let the faucet trickle. We need to get a thermometer with remote sensor to check the under trailer temperature to know for sure when the heat lamp is required.

Thanks for the video. I never knew about how to do something like this for cold weather. What is the coldest outdoor temperature you might expect?

@@DrGo-bw2jy It has gotten down to zero before. We may have to put straw over the drain to keep the drain from freezing and let the faucet trickle if it gets around 15 degrees. The next video will show us skirting the bottom of the trailer to the ground.
