I've heard about Japanese culture for years, and that honor and hard work are assumed for all people. This video is a testament to how efficient a mature process can be and how focused workers can be if they work with pride. So impressive!

I like the system they have the pans go down the line the further down the line the closer they are to being finished, and the cooler the pan is, then they send it down a different track to be recirculated, regreased, and heated back up for continued use without breaking their formation, or system.

Once you get the hang of it you eventually learn not to eat off the floor or walls. Never a problem after that.

@@MrPlusses in india they eat from the floor using bare hands being constantly showered with sweat, water, chemicals n so on If someone likes it like that why not? These people are really spiritually ascended so they accept nature as their own body and live in permanent harmony with universe Much to learn from asian brothas, also they reuse sewage oil and reeating cows dung isnt it incredibl They care about ecology even more than we do :(

@@MrPlusses well, you may can enjoy your meal even it is cooked in the trash can, if you don't eat the trash with it. For many people not disturbing. It is not suprising if you watch a video made in India or Bangladesh etc... But for Japan? You would expect the high level precision, the perfection at all. That's why I wrote my critical words. Sorry if my english is not the best.
