Ohh, guys, Adjarian Khachapuri is my favourite dish ever, but the waiter had to give you instructions on how to actually eat it. First, one should break the ears of the khachapuri bread cascade (the one that looks handle) and dip inside the melted cheese, and then following cutting more slices of the bread cascade and duck inside the cheese and so on. Then, you actually eat it entirely.

Hi, I really enjoyed watching this video! However, I think you might have missed out on some of the best places to eat in Georgia. As a Georgian myself, here are my recommendations: For khinkali: Dapna, Klike, and Zodiako. These places not only serve delicious khinkali but also offer a variety of other dishes at reasonable prices. For everything else: Shavi Lomi, Onore, Leila, Ninia's Bagi, Sesilia, and Puri Guliani (especially for Adjarian khachapuri). I hope you get the chance to try out these spots! They truly showcase the amazing flavors of Georgian cuisine. Thank me later :)
