You should google about what NOT to put in a living trust! Retirement accounts such as IRA, Roth IRA, 401k should not be placed in a trust. That goes for a vehicle like a car as well. A living trust does not protect you from creditors. If you're liable in a car accident and their lawyers find out about your trust (and they will), they will come after your trust. Look up POD and TOD's in conjunction with a living...these will likely make your life easier!
