TRENDING CHEESE & TOMATO PASTA RECIPE - CookingShooking

Hey Foodies, today I am sharing my version of the Trending & Viral Pasta which is made with tomatoes and feta cheese... As Feta Cheese isn't available so easily and doesn't melt specially the ones we get, I've made some changes and added more veggies to the recipe to make it better!

Ingredients:
Cherry Tomatoes - 200-250g
Mix Veggies - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 5 smashed cloves
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Processed Cheese Cubes - 3 OR 75g
Pasta - 1 cup
Basil - few leaves
Pizza Oregano - 1 tsp
