Even though this is such an upbeat song, and it focuses on Ren claiming his own "Power", there still some deep stuff in this one. As most of us, Ren's life growing up wasn't all Sunshine and Rainbows. Instead of letting it consume him, Ren dove into Music, creating music, to escape. Great reaction.

Trev. Thanks for your continuation of Ren’s portfolio. The number of new man crushes for Ren on KZbin, including mine, are amazing (don’t worry any homophobes out there-a man crush doesn’t have to be sexual). This all is a sign of something special where men are experiencing an immediate appreciation for a guy who means something to them through his art. When I watch Ren I see so many things I wish I could’ve been, but I don’t worry about not having achieved those things. I can enjoy Ren for Ren and it creates a pleasant return to me reminiscing about my younger self. Important song of his is freckled angles and it’s a live version in a pub with a younger Ren singing about him losing a friend he lost to Suicide. It’s a painful showing of love that we have for our best friends but unfortunately fail to ever share it in words before we lose them. I’m loving your channel. Keep up the good work!
