Which is best if you want to install recess lights under the deck?

Can you still install this after the deck has been built

You CAN install zipup after the deck is built. To install the Trex system, the decking boards must be removed. I can't find any info about installing a gutter under either system.

You say excellent but I've installed them both...rain escape needs a genius to install it just like Trex railings seeing as the directions were written by monkeys in crayon.
