Looks pretty good, the only thing missing is you forgot the sauce that comes on the side. :) This dish usually has a nice side of nuoc cham sauce, which is made from water, sugar, lime juice, chilis, garlic, rice wine vinegar and Vietnamese fish sauce. The last ingredient may be hard to find there, but basically you need a sweet, spicy and umami vinegar-based sauce with it.

My father, a sailor, brought me a pair of chopsticks, and a set of red silk pajamas with dragons from his visit to the south china sea. I was over the moon! I was four, but determined to use the chopsticks on EVERYTHING. LOL. I wore those jammies until they shredded. Never realized how MUCH I would use chopsticks over my life, essential kitchen ware! A simple thing, the two sticks, but useful for so very much! I puzzle over people in restaurants having so very many problems with them. Thanks, Dad! I use them for gardening, crafting, animal care, etc.

Vietnamese food is my favorite cuisine - especially bun dac biet! The fish sauce is thin and lots of it ends up in the bottom of the bowl, so that the veggies and rice noodles soak in it and become delicious. I love the end of a noodle bowl!

I think they deliberately avoided putting in fish sauce because the people here would find it very weird. It's quite hard being an Indian or Pakistani and surviving even a few weeks in countries like Thailand and Vietnam. You might think the same way about our food.

I grew up around Vietnamese food I’m 20% Vietnamese, also my last name is Vietnamese “Banh” it’s pronounced like a lot of Vietnamese foods, the food is very good like Banh Mi and pho and sweet and sour fish soups and I spell like how it’s pronounced, Banh thek Banh baw Banh bao and Banh Nuke the Vietnamese omelette with shrimp and bean sprouts and also had all types of caws caramelized meat with boiled eggs basically, and a lot more. Last time I went to Vietnam I ate 2-3 bowls of pho with a bowl of rice 5 chicken smoked and bbq’ed kebabs and onion soup with rice, yea I love food.

Watching them eat with the chopsticks is comical! 🤣 Rana was the funniest with the chopsticks, Gul Shur got very creative with his use of them, but all in all, it looks like they enjoyed the dish. Chopsticks takes a little time to learn how to use them, but it is easy once you understand the proper way to hold them. Pho (Fah) and Banh Mi and Summer rolls are my favorite Vietnamese foods to eat.

Nice try, but the "bun" in the name of the dish is for the noodles. These were "pho" noodles. Bun is more like spaghetti, round and thin. It sounds petty, but it makes a difference when you eat it. Also, a small dish of nuoc cham on the side would have made the whole dish a bit more authentic. (I know it's hard to get ingredients in some places, but just wanted to put that out there) It was still an enjoyable video.

The reson for having people eating with chopsticks instead of other utensils, is that chopsticks would produce callouses on the fingers, making them also able to shoot with bow and arrowws, with no time needed to make hard skin on the draw fingers
