My dad also has a 2014 V6 3.5 with 254K miles, original engine and tranny, turbos changed at 190K miles, coils, plugs , water pump, 5 batteries front and rear suspensions, its a towing 7K lbs daily work truck, my dads is whisper quiet, yes its gets serviced every 5k miles mobil 1 synthetic. your truck sounds like a diesel. forsure Not done right! best of luck
