You had a Strength and Lengthen mat class a few years ago that I loved but it was taken off of KZbin. I decided to give to give this one a go and I love it. It reminds me so much of that earlier one. Thank you so much, I will definitely be coming back to this

Fantastic! The hundred's variation is a mind twist for sure. Will need to come back to that a few more times to be able to get both legs and arms to move there. Thank you for another great routine!

This class was just what I needed! I liked the changes in pace and the reminders to breathe deeply and feel the stretches. I really liked all the spinal rotations, especially side sitting with both hands on the knee side, then reaching up and opening up the chest.
