I am confident that the reason we got that outlier result on the Divinity survey is because they asked if co-op was "important" rather than "appreciated." Obviously, in a video game about roleplaying _my_ character, doing so with other people isn't "important," but I'd love to do it if the game's designed around it well enough. Even I answered negatively to that, and it was not a usefully phrased question.

I actually didnt drink alcohol when I was younger, I didnt start drinking until I was 23. It was around that time that I started to like the flavor. I just had some once, and it tasted good, so I started drinking. So its def not because people get used to it. There is a fundamental change in your taste perception that happens in your early 20s.

As for the length of an rpg, I'd heavily value anything over say 50-60 hours. Played Persona 5 recently and that game absolutely blew me away, beat in 120 hours. Liked it so much I played Persona 4, which I beat in 65 hours. For co-op in RPG's, I'd disagree with it for the most part, but when games like Divinity come around it's a fantastic experience. For ones I'd like co-op to be in would be the new Zelda, I thought it was decent, 6.8/10, but it would help make running around the open world more enjoyable.

I think people voted for 100+ because I found it took ~120hrs to complete divinity co-op, because you end up messing around a lot. But with a bit more focus, the game is like 90 hrs long. As far a solo playing is concerned, I think around 80 to 90 hrs is a great length.
@Codemarla7 жыл бұрын
Theres a sure fire way to make sure I never play a game.... make it 100 hours long. South Park: Stick of Truth was the perfect length at around 10 hours.
