Some of the exercises shown in the video can actually cause your finger to trigger/click/stuck depending on the severity of your symptoms and are not recommended. Should focus mainly on extension stretches.

Hi Erlinda, you can wrap all your fingers including your thumb with the elastic band and then do the strengthening ex’s
