ملاحظة اولا كان يجب ان تقشر الثوم حتى واذا كانت قشرته رقيقة هناك من يكره القشرة ثانيا : طريقة الطهي نظيفة جدا والاكل نظيف والآواني نظيفة وهذا امر اعجبني كثير وهو كثيرا يجلب الزبائن ويجلب الاحترام لأن أكل الشوراع هناك الكثير من الدول لا يحترمون نظافة الاكل او الآواني وانا احب النظافة في كل شئ
