Take a round big ring in which u can see through Take foil and cover the base and the the side bodies if the ring and then start baking

If i keep the cake outside for more than an hour will it lose its texture and stiffness? Or it needs to be kept in refrigerator all the time and be served before dinner....

Well..it is advisable to keep it in the refrigerator till you serve it...But even if it is kept out of the refrigerator for few hours it won't lose its texture as agar agar sets at room temperature as well...provided you had refrigerated the cake for atleast an hour and then keep it at room temperature if you want...

Maam because the quantity of whipped cream which I had used balances the sweetness of the cheesecake so no need to add sugar...And I have shown the process of how to make a tripple layered cake so it is upto you to follow that or not..
