Paul . I do like the videos and the knowledge you share on fitness. I like how dedicated you are to fitness and that's it's a not just staying fit but a lifestyle. I have been doing the same for the pass 20 years. When watching your post, it takes you so long. to explain a simple movement that you start losing interest in what you are explaining while yelling at the TV. Paul just get with it. Not everything needs 10 mins of explaining and only 10 seconds of the workout.

Interesting.... The guys at the gym like to SWING the dumbbells and yell LOUDLY.... You don't recommend that?
@iMiik11 ай бұрын
swinging can cause injury to the body, yelling or grunting usually occurs when a person lifts more than they can handle.
@ravenshade7311 ай бұрын
Let's be honest the guys that swing and yell do it for the attention nothing more 🙂👍

@@Always_there99 Paul is proof you don’t need to yell, grunt, and swing the weights to get a good workout. Your type just want the attention
@RANDY646129 ай бұрын
Yelling or grunting just comes out when you push yourself. Usually pushing until failure. If say you don’t then I’d say you don’t push yourself. Be honest to yourself when have you push yourself even if it hurts?

How come in the transparent lab newsletter you mention muscle over age 40, you should lift heavy compound exercises, and not to failure?
@PaulSklarxfit6 ай бұрын
I typically lift close to failure and oftentimes to form failure. Everyone is built differently, so I typically recommend challenging yourself, certainly with compound exercises and all exercises. Over 40, recommending lifting to failure can be catastrophic for some, beneficial for others. Essentially, learn and read your body.
