Back in 2008 when this took place we all had high hopes that Triumph was back. Sadly, that was not the case but they left us with incredible music and memories. I was fortunate enough to be invited to fanfest in 2019 and got to see what is most likely their final performance together. They were as incredible as always. I will always be grateful for everything that they gave us!

You cant be a good musician if you dont experiance as much music as you can While I somewhat agree with the dulness of hip hop and the overall regression of the music industry. That being said You literally could have just said rap and hip hop or black music; their is 0 reason to use racial slurs. I'm a 27 year old guitarist and people like you are the reason everyone hates white people. I'm native american my gram was beaten by white people listening to music like this. I've been playing since I was 13 and I can tell you that I have picked up some of my skillset from hip hop and rap. I also gained a lot from triumph, zep, lightning hopkins, rush, Alice in chains, soundgarden. Most of my tastes are In older music but i dont mind good rap and hip hop. But what I do mind is someone being a racist asshole and spewing hate for no dam reason.

@@fb39371 come on man. It's not that big of a deal with what he's saying. And before this goes any further let me say Ottawa, Little River Tribe MI.I can speak on the same crap my Mom and her sisters went through. So I feel you. Just my opinion. I think the same of most music these days as well. My background playing guitar since 1986. I was around when rap just came up with the likes of Run DMC, LL Cool J,The Fatt Boys,Fab Five Freddy, Beastie Boys. Although I do like some I don't like it all. When they came out I liked them but it sure didn't make me want to try rap out instead of playing Triumph,Van Halen, Boston,Ted Nugent etc.Thats the beauty of choice. I believe music today lacks the substance it used to have. I think this has more to do with the lack of musicianship. Computer technology and autotune have literally put people that have no business in music in places of stardom. Although I don't play it everyday I do have my skills playing Anthrax w Public Enemy to Linkin Park,Kid Rock Korn. A lot of crossover genres. When it comes to my own music it's Rock Ballad to Metal and 1Rap metal song. To let it be known I don't even listen to the radio anymore. No music except a few here and there. It's like this if YOU like rap great it's yours. I believe there is a lot missing in music nowadays compared to the 70's-2000. Maybe I'm old but my ear still knows good sound. Peace....

Stopped and talked to me for a good 2 to 3 minutes, I told him I’m sorry and please go and watch the game, and I didn’t mean to stop you. I'm Down Widdat I’m sorry for you too. Saw them in 1979 on the Just a Game tour. Front row hanging on the barricade. Melted my face. 😱

I would like to believe I was the MAN that brought Triumph back together. Rik might recall my ask of wheather the band would ever get back together again, Rik stood tall and held tears....then it happened~ Here it became and later Inducted into the HALL OF FAME~ Triumph is my favorite band and I can prove it~

Great show,. Great band,. grew up listening to Triumph. Many People don't fully appreciate how talented people have to be, to make a 3 piece Band work like they do. And I'd swear that looks like Joe Bonamassa on second Guitar. Wouldn't surprise Me,.. Seen Him sit in on several other Artist's/Band's performances. Another truly great talent.
