It really is. I will be getting a new Alpha X 30 in the new bottomlands color so hopefully that looks good too. The origin color in both RX8 and the Alpha looks amazing.

The scope rod I got was the 0.490 to fit my landslide but the kit that you get from trophy ridge does come with 4 different adapters to fit a lot of different rods.

When I am getting my elevation marks ( & windage) I prefer using a horizontal line that is level. A 1” wide line is very visible to 100 yards easily. I feel I get so much better feedback than shooting at circles or dots. Same concept on windage. I dont make an + on the same target as you will naturally concentrate on the center and not just the line. Just saying it’s a great way to get very accurate marks. So many use like large dot. This can be misleading as in the dot may be 2” off center at say 20 which puts it off several inches at 40. Dots, IMO, aren’t good enough. 👍👍

I completely agree. When I first got the SE sight with the horizontal lines and the bonus pin I really didn't like how target the pins are on that sight. I had to switch to the Hunter sight with the vertical pins but at .010. I just got back from TAC Vermont and was shooting for the truck at 111 yards and that made a big difference shooting long distance.

Nice video/videos! I think you didnt fully install the quiver correctly. Use blue loctite it was definitely loose. Again I could be wrong but i have that exact setup and it works perfect.

So really all it has is a digital readout? You still need to dial it up or down? If so, what’s the advantage over just having a distance measurement tape.

So for the sight tape it’s basically fixed in a way so what you get for a tape you match it up and slap it on your sight. So if you notice on the video I sighted it in at 20 then 30 and it game me 110 yards max based off of the speed of the arrow I put in the sight database. So then I went to 60 and was a little off but still hitting the target then I went to 110 and was way off. When I went to 75 I was adjusting the accuracy of the arrow flight at longer distance based off the values on the sight then gave me a max range of 115 yards but even then I was still shooting high but still hit the target. So having the digital gives you the ability to micro adjust every range to get a perfect hit every time at every range.

Advantage is you can save up to 5 profiles. So use up to 5 different weighted arrows and don’t have re sight it in every time you change you arrow. Plus easier to see for old eyes.
