Tropical Snowballs! | One Pot Chef

My Tropical Snowballs are a fabulous no-bake Christmas treat that looks like Winter and tastes like Summer! Cream Cheese is combined with sugar, pineapple, crushed nuts and coconut to create these delicious little truffle balls. Once chilled, they are ready to eat. Perfect for parties, Christmas snack tables or edible gifts, these Tropical Snowballs are great no matter where in the world you celebrate - give it a try today!
Ingredients:
500g of Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
400g Can of Crushed Pineapple in Juice (drained)
2 Cups of Crushed Nuts or Finely Chopped Cookies
2 - 4 Tablespoons of Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar (add more or less to taste)
2 - 3 Cups of Desiccated Coconut
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes (plus chilling time)

I love this No-Bake dessert where all the ingredients are safe to eat because nothing is raw. AND even though its a pretty dense ball the flavors are light compared to the traditional Christmas brownies, cookies...and that Zod aweful fruitcake...lol. Thanks so much David! This recipe IS DELICIOUS, I make it during Christmastime with Ritz crackers, it's totally Yummy! The only thing I've changed and that's personal taste, I omitted confectioner sugar and instead used dry cranberries sliced in very tiny pieces. It's all ready sweet enough with coconut flakes, its your preference of course. I've learned ALOT through this channel, thank you for sharing your recipes!!! OnePotChef Rules!🍓

I have made these with mandarin oranges maraschino cherries red and green cherries at Christmas time plus the pineapple along with it aside it. My mind went to every sort of fruit that this could be made with and I love them all! I love the pineapple ones a lot because I love pineapple cottage cheese and I think pineapple lenses sell very well to a little bit of salt and Tang from cheese.
