This video shows you how to install a new engine mount on your 2001-2007 Volvo V70. A shaking or vibrating engine, or bucking when changing gears are signs of worn engine mounts.
This repair was done on a 2001 Volvo V70 X/C 2.4L Wagon 4-Door AWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

You could also replace the bottom bolt, lift on engine, and attack with vibration. Well ya live and learn..

Does this work with an AWD 04 S60R? I was told I needed to remove the angle gear to get the rear mount out...

rear mount in V70 is not a connected to vacuum lines?

I have trouble with the aluminium "bracket" that goes between the mount and transmission... 2 out of 3 bolts are missing and it makes a "clunk" when i let go of throttle. 1 bolt attached to the engine/gearbox is not enough to hold the gearbox firm. I believe the threads are gone. I bought a bolt and tried to put it there but either I can't get hole alignment properly and it does not go in or the threads are gone and I cannot tighten it... If the threads are gone do you know how can I put the bolts in there? Drill through the hole and use longer bolt with a nut? Rethread the hole on the gearbox? Use some glue with hopes I will never have to remove the bracket?
