Kurt you handled that hail storm great. There were areas in Omaha that got rivers of hail going down streets and lots of shredded trees and houses. If my dad had someone cut around like that, the whole of Council Bluffs would have heard a blue streak. FYI-I saw a picture of hail in Central Nebraska that was several inches deep so we faired well in Omaha compared to some other areas. Safe travels for everyone out there. Praying for you and especially Dad and his care team.

I've been there driving and it's hail and people are going slow or stop in the road way when your trying to go... there's only once I've had to stop on the shoulder of the interstate because it hailed do much it was hard to see and was covering the interstate in a couple inches of hailed stones

What the Hail? Those were some nasty storms. I was flying through that area that night on the way to Las Vegas. There was a narrow gap over Salinas that every airplane snuck through. Otherwise, all of Kansas and Nebraska was super ugly. I was thinking about you and Opie going through there wondering if you were out in it. Have fun trucking with Troy. Great kid!

When it get the size of baseball's then that's when damage really gets expensive. I've been in hailstorm that beat my car, truck, and house roof to death. I had to file insurance claims. Snow plows to move ice off the road. I've seen parking lots completely covered in hail stones the size of peas. I hope all.is well on the home front weather wise. Prayers for your dad.
