All trainers all over the world should be trained by Doug, the clientele success and retention rate would skyrocket dramatically and you wouldn't have these fake trainers ripping clients off while they talk on their phones and give out bro science half assed routines and so called diets, i see so many skinny fat pencil neck trainers who clearly do not practice what they preach, or they preach garbage as they are not very knowledgeable, and they do not have their entire focus on their client, you see them month after month, client either looks the same or worse than they started! Doug knows his stuff and is an all round smart operator!

I do love that Doug said "mostly retired", still leaving the door open to a comeback. Also with the addition of Jerry to the program, will there be any analysis on the least harmful method of AAS use? As it would be great information to deter young men and women from the ridiculous abuse of AAS you read online. Thank you all for your content, and I am loving Doug's book which I was bought for Christmas.

Great information on what people need to know in order to get into shape and or compete! You’re right about the posing Doug. More need to practice and make it their own but grace and class cannot be taught!

Should we have a dedicated shoulder day? Or should we train shoulders with chest ?

Attempted Bill Pearl's 20 months to a champion Physique. Exhausting and injured myself. Have now been doing Brignole method. Great strength and gains. There is no "Ccokbokk" for bodybuilding, there is science. 😊 🏊‍♂️🏃‍♂️🧚‍♂️

I’m still waiting on an alternative exercise for the glutes that doesn’t load the spin besides using the multi-hip machine because i don’t have access to one. Thanks.

Get a cable machine strap that fits around your knee and emulate the movement you would do on a multi hip machine

Do they tell the "writer" what to write, or do _they_ write the article, & put his name on it.

Another variable for diet: Some guys wanna be a little bigger, some wanna be BIG, some just wanna look better, but not need to buy larger size clothes.
