Well the thing you need to also remember is this guy is upside down in a car (if he did after the car accident) and also there was no DNA at all on the found bullet (that was mysteriously found 4 days after). Also noone tested his hands for gunshot residue. Also the kickback is different between shooting a gun and playing pull. Unless one has had practice to the point where one can shoot from both hands, it can be difficult to do so upside down in an awkward position and the location of the bullet. Its more likely someone shot him in the head, he than drove off the road and landed upaide down in the ditch

Crime Watch Daily has even made several episodes here in Jacksonville and the immediate surrounding areas (Middleburg, St Augustine) about several women's “suicides” and all these ppl will do is double down on your ass, simply bc they refuse to be wrong. Here's how it went down: -Abe found out information about city and police officials. -They agreed they all needed him dead -Police tracked his movements and activities. They paid off the bar owner to give a tip off when he's driving home -The bar owner probably gave him extra drinks that night for free to make sure he could be pulled over for DUI -2 hours prior Cops staked out the road, one meant to text the intercepting vehicle but accidentally sent the text to Abe -Bar owner gave the tip off he left -One cop did cuts him off, the other car pulls up and shoots him -They retrieve the evidence, clean off the gun and take the bullet. During investigation carefully removing items and planting the new bullet -Cops then instantly dispose of all incriminating evidence and declare it a suicide. They keep the case closed to prevent being found.

I grew up in small town Conn., and it was nice, but I still would never be arguing with cops there. I'm white. This guy was Indian, other people could be black. The police are there to monitor people and put them in jail. If that doesn't work, they ruin your life some other way, or they do this kinda thing. Last story, I was buying a home, about to close, and went to do an inspection, and saw two cops living on this small suburban street, nice neighborhood. The realtor and inspector were telling me how great it was to live somewhere safe, and in this city cops can take their patrol car home, and park in out front. Whatever. It was a Saturday and one cop in his front yard/garage area, on a lawn chair, with no shirt on, just GLARING at us. I cancelled the sale immediately. I get in one argument with my wife and I'm dealing with this kinda stuff, no thank you. F that.

Hi everyone, I am a former resident of Redding, and I was born and raised in this town (I briefly knew Abe when he frequented a coffee shop I used to work at in the area). Redding is a town consisting of only .7% of black residents, as do many towns in Fairfield County, some even less. Redding is a mostly liberal suburb of New York City and it seems that this town has clearly been manipulated and wrongly informed by the opinions of the Redding PD. I am in complete shock that this happened in such a "safe" town and I am also extremely angry that his community, and neighboring towns, have blindly accepted this as a suicide. Abe loved Redding. We need to bring him justice. Very little people from Redding know about this case, and the specific details, even locally, and for those who do, they have blindly accepted that it was a suicide. In light of recent events, and after researching this case on my own, other residents of the town are currently working to finally bring it to public attention (locally and nationally). We will post future updates on the petition, Gofundme, and actions we can all contribute to bring justice for his family. It has been six years. We finally need everyone's involvement. The failure of some agencies is so appalling. Where others go all out with CSI tactics. There’s a lack of consistency throughout the system. One of many reasons we need some sort of reform. These parents should not have to fight so hard to see justice. This case is infuriating.
