So many people like me too toss mail or delete texts without reading?

im good with Joe. I wish more people were. i like his leadership. i like the administration he's assembled and what they've accomplished. it's been an effective and successful administration and I would like to see it continue into a 2nd term, although i realize thats not going to be my decision to make. i don't care about his speech impediment. it simply hasn't affected his leadership of the nation or his administration. he can lead from a wheelchair or a hospital bed. his heart's in the right place. his mind's in the right place. he's proving, on a daily basis, that someone with his decades of experience can lead effectively into his 80s. there's just nothing wrong, regardless of his debate ability. at the point he actually becomes incapable of leading, he can step down and the VP comes off the bench.

@maukasara808 My sentiments exactly. I’m thinking the people on the fence still are either too busy with other things in their life or they are on “hopium” waiting for a better choice. All of my sons are very intelligent are more Biden supporters for the fact his administration has accomplished so much. Also the stock market is booming and eases the pain of having to choose between old & old. My sons hoping for a better choice; me, I am loyal to a fault. Good character obviously, always outweighs the poll’s popular choice. After listening to this conversation, I will reweigh my decision. Bottom line it is Democracy most important to me. We do not need a “mini primary”, too late for anything that may pose controversy. In all fairness & respect Kamala should be the incumbent & choose an intelligent, young & articulate VP. 🇺🇸🗽 We gotta be blue.💙💙

I listened to 3 podcasts this week and all 3 speakers said that American Institutions have died and they have been slowly dying since the year 2000! This has caused both the democratic and Republican Party to become populist. The voters on both sides are pissed! 60% of the voters aren’t educated enough to understand how politicians operate or even how elections work. The voters in the lowest income bracket don’t even vote. Gerrymandering was so terrible that 3/4 of a states voters weren’t even represented and the politicians became more about filling their own bank accounts than working for the American people. The scariest thing they said was once the institutions die, democracy is also dead, and it may take two election cycles for the people to realize it!!!!

many good points here, however, the ones about whether or not speech is violence are confusing. In the same sentence he says speech is not violence and free speech is lifeblood of democracy and then also that it was irresponsible for Vance to speak as he did. & this point is important in regards to Jan 6 -- did DT incite violence with his speech? Or not, brcause speech isn't violence? This is something Americans are clearly confused about but we can't point fingers at speech we don't like and defend speech we do .. can we?!

Maybe because Americans are so close to the situation they have lost sight of what should really matter. Seems like the visual appearance of a President is more important than the issues and direction the country could go in. Why are these issues not the most important factors that would cause one to vote for a candidate over another. There are so many crucial issues that would cause one to vote for freedoms or having freedoms removed seems like a no brainer. Everyone should be asking what is most important in their life and how they want America to reflect that. Hard to believe with the majority want the Other Guy's vision. Some soul searching is greatly needed. As an optimist I feel they will vote for their freedoms!

Neither candidate has the power to do anything about abortion; one way or the other. However, Trump has stated he would not touch it if there were a way to do so. Trumps strength plays to all working class. Unless you are saying that minorities are drawn to weakness. 🤦
@LyndaWalker-e7c2 ай бұрын
And u believe he wouldn’t touch it???
@jillfeatherman55232 ай бұрын
@@LyndaWalker-e7cIt would only take a second for you to look up what Trump’s stance on abortion has been for the last half century. He has always been a NY liberal with some conservative leanings in the business space. Regardless, like the original comment said, neither party will be able to get any federal abortion legislation through. I would love someone to explain to me why Biden is saying if you vote for him he will get Roe passed. How? Suspend the filibuster even though he never did that during his first 2 years? I can’t stand these promises coming from both candidates about how they’re going to do all these things and literally no reporters sit them down and ask them specifically how they will do it. I’m so tired of the empty “promises”. Obama said if you voted for him in 2007 (which I did both times) the VERY FIRST thing he would do is codify Roe. He then got into office with a filibuster majority in the senate and a majority in the house, and yet he still didn’t do it because he said he had other priorities. They all are liars.

Where we are Rich and Powerful is in our vote and we will show this country and the world we vote for freedom. You can Donate thousands of dollars to our 5 or $10 and you still only get one vote.
