Awesome work, Hans! I used to have hands that steady. Choice of background music plus sound effects puts this one over the top for me! Waiting for the next video.

I don't know if you are strictly an out of the box builder but if not, be aware that the interior of this kit is more accurate for an early Tiger. Some parts have to be omitted and missing one's added as well as some modifications made to get it right. There are also mistakes which seemed to have been carried over from other manufacturers. Trumpeter had originally announced the mid Tiger for release first and this tells me that they figured they would leave things as is rather than making new parts. There are inaccuracies on the exterior as well. The most noticeable is the texture on much of the armor. By the looks of it, Trumpeter appear to have looked at actual or pictures of museum Tigers that have suffered corrosion over time because they have accurately recreated that on the surfaces. Unfortunately, the armor was rolled steel, not cast as other smaller items on the tank were and did not have this texture. The commander's cupola is also heavily textured and should not be. I will not go over the other items but I wanted to give you a heads up on some of the kit's issues. Cheers and happy building!

What is your source?

@@tonyromano6220 Research over the years and most recently an article on the kit on a site called Tiger info which points out some things I do know and others I didn't. Issues like the texture are obvious though.

That's why this is called a Model not a Replica. Shocked you didn't specify the number of bolts that need to be showing.

@@animalyze7120 What an ignorant thing to say. I'm simply making him aware of inaccuracies in case he would like to rectify them. There is nothing wrong with making changes to the model if you wish to do so. If simply putting the thing together and not caring if the model is a vague approximation of the real thing then that's fine as well, as long as you're having fun. There's no reason to be a sarcastic prick about it.

What material do you use for the zimmerit? Inspiring video, I have the zimmerit stamps too and I want to use them
