I can do 50 regular pushups, but I could not do a single one of these on the TRX setup at my gym. I had to watch 3 different videos before I figured out I was doing it backwards. Doh!

Possible pros in my opinion scaling diff means less weight and the potential for more reps and total volume. Seeing how the guy shakes on the way up and down I'd also imagine there's more muscle activation on the stabilization muscles (core, shoulders, lats, etc) when compared to a stable grounded pushup.

Are trx chest presses and trx push ups the same thing?

why do this versus just doing pushups? isn't this in fact easier than doing a pushup?

I believe the stabilization aspect makes it a lot harder than a regular push up, more muscles are engaged and the core has to work that much harder
