Amazing flow! Thanks so much for sharing, I loved the class, even though the door anchor on the TRX takes away space for the practice. I was even able to do the handstand without the Trx as I lost one of the straps being fully stable in the position. Namaste from Venezuela

excellent class. I loved it. I did have a hard time doing the back bend. I couldn't figure out where my arms go. I'll practice it and see what I come up with. Thank you.

How do you engage your abdominal muscles especially the TVA during the course of the workout

Great question! simply by applying pressure with your hands and feet to the straps!
