This really helps my breathing and the mucus in my throat is seeming to let go of my lungs tysm for this! Can’t believe I didn’t think of box breathing video sooner!

Idk if that was what the video was for but it helps my lungs a lot!

I try to spray mildy salty water up my nostrils daily, especially in the cold season. I am thinking I could try to do that before co2 tables traning (a little bit harder than box breathing, and I am not sure it would fit your interests), hopefully that + a wet towel on my eyes will trigger the mammalian dive reflex so my heart-rate slows (dunno)@@scarlettox

please make more videos like this. I watch them daily till the end. I would be interested in Wim Hoff style breathing (loud) + theta (louder than the ethereal white noise)

Just use wim hofs own breathing video.

Does this help you achieve Theta Brainwave? Do you have breathwork that helps you achieve theta?

Does this get easier?

Yeah....it made me kind of anxious.

It does get easier. The more you practice mindfulness and breathing exercises the more effective they become (in my experience).
