When our digestion gets back up and we are not pooing at least once a day, it can get super uncomfortable. Especially if you're battling something like IBS or anxiety and stress-related constipation, slow digestion can be downright painful. Rather than reaching for a laxative, try drinking lots of water, eating lots of plant-based fiber, and incorporating some super gentle moves for constipation into your daily habits. I'll have to start making use of this one. Pulling in my knees like that really felt like it was helping. I'm glad you didn't do the full breath of fire this time though as I'd already done it earlier today. This basically seems perfect though, so hopefully it will really start to help. I've also started some food cleanses so hopefully my constipation will be over soon :)

I feel kinda silly I didn’t try something like this sooner. (This next bit might be TMI but I figure, if you’re watching this video you can probably relate 😊) I have been SO backed up! I actually tried a “clean out” that was recommended by my son’s pediatrician (she said it was okay for me to do as well.) 2 days later, after doing what was recommended, the worst stomach pain starts (to the point of vomiting), sweating like crazy, chills, bloated beyond belief and…NO BM!! (It’s been 2 days since I was sick & still nada!) I’m literally praying this works! I DO feel better already, let’s hope it gets things moving! 🤞😁

I did try your chakra challenge a couple weeks ago I think it was, but I missed the first couple days and the chakra 3 class was too advanced for me too. I'll try to come back to it later, but in the meantime I do feel like the other ones are helping.

Hey sweetie ,Good morning, I Just woke up, it's 5 am, and the 1st thing I did was notice this vid. I thank you So Much ( the Universe must be looking out🙏) Can't wait to try them as I have MAJOR constipation issues. I've got NON alcoholic cirrhosis and PTSD , and with it comes many physical issues, one being digestion issues. And I'm always relying on yoga. Okay ,super duper , I'm ready to try, still half asleep, lol. Love ya🙏💯💖😘🤗✨✨✨

Dear Brett, I was just reading your blog post about constipation, and this particular sentence really caught my attention "It is the anchor behind healthy digestion and a relaxed pelvic floor". It so happens that my gynecologist said something similar during my last visit, but I don't really understand what's the connection. I suffer from endometriosis, which also translates into constipation AND painful intercourse. The doctor was telling me to try to empty my bowels, before sex, since it may lead to less severe pain. But what is the connection? Is it because holding in 💩 and gas, automatically makes the pelvic muscles contract, thus leading to more pain? I hope it's okay I'm asking this. You always give educated responses to such questions. Thank you!
