Left right left right.. you do know that your left is our right ? An idea.. you change your left to saying right.. or use the feature on your phone.. or turn yourself around.

I think it's so when you're watching and listening, you don't need to figure it out. When you hear left, you move yourself to the left, otherwise he'd say counter clockwise, but I think clock directions are easier to get confused over than right and left
