This was really helpful Grace, and it makes sense why 8 hours is not enough

Yeah, I used to think I was really onto something setting my 6 AM alarms and that I was just 'night owl'. I vividly remember waking up out of dreams for most of college and now I'm like DUH! No wonder lol

@@GSSG__official lol makes sense, I can’t remember my dreams, i have been told a dream journal helps but the last thing on my mind is finding pen and paper 🤣

I still do it even though I use this technique now, the only difference is I don't feel so anxious when I know it's going to be a late night. Instead, I just acknowledge I may get fewer cycles in and it has made my life so much easier 🙌

I do not set alarms but I do calculate my time too. Not setting alarms keeps me from having to cut it off so many times🤣

Im going to experiment, I already went to the website and checked the recommended time , I will try to stick at this for a month and report my findings 🤔

I hope it works well for you! If you tend to go to bed at the same time~ish every night, you are already halfway there 💪

@ I do, but I’m trying to get up earlier so I’m more productive in the morning, not running out the door, almost awake lol

I'm on medical leave for sciatica pain so I don't have to set an alarm. Honestly, if I can get more than 4 hours at night at this point I'm happy. Taking naps in the middle of the day, usually 2 hours. When I have to work I have to get at least 6 hours.
