I just gasped when you came out with the black skirt and sweater vest, "Oh that's cute!" Possibly recheck that look, but I do love the shorts. I bet you'd like the jeans in a different/darker wash. The scarf trend was my favorite, too. I tried it last summer when the temps were just too freakin' hot with a long rectangular scarf tied around like a bikini top. I wouldn't wear it out and about, but at home it was delicious!

I wear combat boots with slip dresses! I'm obsessed with the whole masculine/feminine mashing in outfits. My go-to fall outfit is a men's flannel shirt with a lacey cami underneath. If you want to play into the 90s-ness of the slip dress and combat boots, you can add a choker.

Finally, an influencer who says no to Shein!! I purchased from them once and sent everything back. I couldn't believe all their clothing had high ratings on their site until i realized that customers get POINTS for leaving good reviews, points that can be used toward future purchases. Anyway, the biggest issue was that the clothes were THE CHEAPEST QUALITY IVE EVER SEEN. Horrible fabric, most of it see through and felt like itll unravel in one wash, very thin, and the clothing did not fit well either! The sizing was all over the place. I HATE Shein and I can't stand that influencers support it!

So funny the 90s slip dress is back. Cher from Clueless. "What is that you're wearing?" "It's Calvin Klein! Duh!" I was a teenager when the trend hit the first time and there was no way I felt confident in wearing one or that my mom would even buy her sweet perfect angel of a daughter (yeah right) something so scandalous. LOL!! I would wear it now if I felt confident enough. The 2003 cropped sweater vest look is back and I'm not sure what I think about it. I was in my early 20s when it hit and now it just feels weird to return to. You totally modernized it in the right way. So cute!!!!

The Grendha sandals are the only ones I wear, because they've got cute details, but it's not ugly and gawdy with giant jewels and plastic flowers. I wear those kind of sandals with everything, all summer and spring. A nude colour is essential if you want an elevated and flawless look.
