@@foodgeek320 buy a $12 eye of round or a similar cut of beef, have the store cut into piieces generally around 1/4th inch thick, and you can make really good jerkey in your oven using whatever spices you want for the marinade. takes about a full day in my oven and you cant foget to leave a crack open in the oven. marinating 24hrs is "best" but 8 hrs works just fine for me (my prefered, i like to be able to taste the beef too) essencially you get $50-60 worth of jerkey for $12
@Omnishredder
@Omnishredder 3 жыл бұрын
Get yourself a dehydrator... Beef jerky would cost you at most $16 for about 10 times as much... Eventually would work out as the greatest investment (and just think if ostrich is that expensive... You could essentially profit from a kilo of ostrich, yes it'll look expensive to buy a kilo, but you could give your friends an extra piece for the same price and profit because ostrich meat is cheaper than ostrich biltong, fuck it also do crocodile as no doubt a company that sells ostrich also sells crocodile meaning packaging costs are halved so you profit more)

Rhett*. And sadly, all they care about is making money, alienating their low income fans, and appearing woke to people to get their money. Nothing wrong with genuinely caring about a cause, but the way they do it is so disingenuous. They only ever donate to a cause during the month designated to that particular cause and they only donate to causes that they know are the current fad for people who supposedly care. They could easily donate more and more often, and to other causes, but they don't. I miss the old GMM.

My grandma knew how to make some mean green beans back when I was a boy and I loved them. The best to eat green beans is to cook them with sauteed onions and mushrooms. The onion removes the "aluminum can flover" she always told me. The mushrooms added flover as well. I am not sure if that's true or not but her food was always good. I miss her. She passed away at the age of 100 years old.
