2:46 we have two versions of bhel puri. One's a dry one, served in paper cones like these. Other's a wet one, mixed with thin-consistancy tamarind chutney on a plate. Those puffed rice in it soak up the whole tamarind chutney so it tastes extra good. Has a stronger taste of sweet & sour, a bit of spice too. Both are my favs tbh

I'm sorry but I can't stand the girl (in pink) ripping all the food apart like that. And like taking the smallest bite like she's afraid to eat. She also speaks like she's 5 years old.... Get someone else that actually will try the food. and not disrespect it by taking it all freaking apart. Then using your tongue to lick your food. I just feel so much disrespect for that. That's just not how you act. You're not 5. Grow up and show some respect.
