I just found your KZbin channel recently, and thank you so much for being relatable and vulnerable. I know there are so many people that judge, but they truly do not understand how crippling anxiety and depression can be. And also that there is flight, fight, and freeze. I just stuck in “freeze” so often. I have 5 young kids, and have struggled with postpartum anxiety with all of them. Sometimes I find myself living in fear of if someone came to my house if they would call CPS with how messy it is. You are definitely not the only one who struggles!❤️

Thank you so much for saying that! It’s so amazing to hear that I am connecting with people who feel the same way I do! It’s helping me immensely and I’m so happy it’s helping you too. ❤️❤️❤️

Oh the excitement I have to watch this right now. Ugh! Just the view of your living space... even though you have not cleaned it yet, is so beautiful! I love the layout of your home and how much room you have. I love the open concept!😍 I'm going to enjoy this while relaxing in bed.... I've had an eventful couple of days. 2024 is just kicking my butt 😩. Have an amazing Easter weekend! 🐣 ❤

Happy Easter Beth to you and your family, and happy belated birthday happy you had a great time, It's adorable how much Leeroy loves to be around you he's besotted😂, bless him. You're one of the good humans 100% with you on protecting privacy especially children, The hair thing too I hear you, I feel like I'm eating one stop chewing pull an imaginary hair from the corner of my mouth nope nothing there haha! Another inspirational video on self motivation and keeping going, but showing reality too. Anxiety is a bummer, I have a heart rhythm issue and acid reflux both of which are a thousand times worse when my anxiety is slapping me in the face, this was a great video Thank you😊

Happy Easter to you Sharon! I hope it’s a beautiful one for you! I would spiral so hard with heart issues and reflux if my anxiety came knocking. That would be such a struggle!!! I am happy to feel less alone with it though ❤️❤️
@sharonmumi9 ай бұрын
Oh yes I do spiral, but, it's amazing what becomes your normal when there's no other choice, plus it helps to not feel alone and to have a loving family I'm very blessed

I need the same thing with dog food I'm afraid that it's going to get old at the bottom so I dump it out and put the new on the bottom and the old on the top. I totally agree. I have anxiety as well so I understand where you're coming from with the not being able to do anything at times. The freezing point I guess it's called.

I have found that my anxiety is worse if I don’t do my daily tasks and I get behind ( I don’t have kids at home) so my house is not bad( says my husband lol) but I know what’s not clean , like behind furniture or under, I drive myself crazy, that’s always been my life, clean till I drop!

Awww happy belated birthday hun I hope you got spoiled,,, I know you said in one of your videos that your girls are autistic and they don't like alot of foods my grandson is also and has the same food issues as your daughters but that you buy them instant breakfast do they like them and if so do you buy a certain variety and do they get the right nutrients that they require I know my son really worries about my grandson not getting what he needs your son is adorable and I'm with him on the super ripe bananas
@feraltradwife5 ай бұрын
So right now they’re drinking carnation instant breakfast (not the best) for a whole it was premier protein shakes. They go though phases where they’re obsessed with a food and then one day they absolutely hate it. I worry about them getting enough nutrients but I am lucky that they do enjoy some raw veggies and some fruit. It gets easier as they get older in our case. I know that’s not always true. 💙💙💙

So I have severe anxiety and PTSD and I’m the same way. Early evening, around dinner time to bed time for the kids my anxiety is obnoxious. What’s been helping me is just going outside. Walking down the street. Sitting down and just breathing. I find staying inside I will not win the fight.
@feraltradwife7 ай бұрын
I also find that when I don’t go outside I get worse. I haven’t been outside in 2 days and I’m miserable. Tomorrow I will try for sunshine. We can do this. ❤️

Hi, it’s the Pasadena girl again! I get anxiety once in a while not so much anymore since I broke up with an old boyfriend. I’m not telling you to break up with your husband because I’m sure he’s not the problem, lol!!! Have you ever tried essential oils? When I get that little twinge of anxiety starting, I put essential oils on it and they really help. That doTERRA brand is the most natural and what I use. Just passing that on, I don’t like taking medication, unless I absolutely absolutely have to, I prefer to use the oils and my doctor is happy that I use them and that they work for me. I have some .5 MG of anxiety medication and I’ve only used three pills since I got the prescription in 2019 I’m even going to toss them out because they’re so old. 💕🙋🏻♀️

I have a really good friend from work. Before I retired I worked for the post office. I was a letter carrier. AKA mail lady. The majority of my co-workers were men. And a lot of them were also military, as military could use there years in toward their seniority and their retirement. And they also got preferentially hired in. So they got jobs before civilians. Anyway, he was a pretty young man, and one day he complained about abdominal pain and wanted to go home. The post office HATES when you call in sick. They’re real assholes about it. So they sent him across the street to medical to have him checked out before they’d let him leave. The doctors over there took his complaints very seriously and ran a lot of tests. Found out he had testicular cancer and actually had a tumor the size of a football in his abdomen!!! He spent a year out of work going through surgery and treatment. And actually said that Jolene, our postmaster at the time, saved his life. He went on to marry and had two adorable little girls. BUT that whole experience shook him to his core!!! He is Mexican, and even had a bit part back in the day on the show “Sons of Anarchy”. He is covered in tattoos and muscles from top to bottom. He rides a Harley and has been in so many crashes that I personally am amazed he’s still alive. One thing he and I had in common? Panic attacks. And a prescription for Xanax. We talked a lot about it. And he thought he was having heart attacks too. (So did I!!) And my doctor had told me that Xanax will not stop a heart attack, so if, after Ive taken it, I feel better, it’s not a heart attack! I told him the same and my gosh it helped him too. Anyone, can deal with panic attacks or anxiety! It doesn’t make you less of a person, or not strong. It just means that something horrible happened to you. You did bomb reconnaissance in Iraq, Santiago spent a whole year thinking he was going to die, and I buried my firstborn. The fact that we are still here and living our lives means we are tough as nails. You aren’t disappointing any of us. Or your family or friends. Or anyone you cares about you.
@feraltradwife3 ай бұрын
That is a wild story! I am so glad they figure out his massive tumor and that he survived and had babies!!

@feraltradwife9 ай бұрын
It really depends. If we do online school they knock it out anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Paper work takes longer. And then we have time for life skills. It varies so much from day to day and mood to mood.
