After 19 years I realized, I was the happy good person that he wished he could be ! So much controlling abuse as he got older. Starting over with 2 teens, moving into our new house, so proud of myself for going back to work !!! Because of Danielle, we’ve got this. Going no contact during the divorce was why I worked on myself, healing and disconnecting….Life is looking bright ! Keep going and don’t look back, the best is yet to come 😊❤

Your example of the narcissist liking the same music as you really hit home. This is EXACTLY what she did with me (and the ones before me and the one after me). She changes favorite music genre as often as most people change their underwear. And I, naively, fell for it hook, line and sinker.
