Great tip about the clothes dryer for the dough to rise - another idea is a “heating pad” on the low setting on the counter - then set the covered bowl on top of the heating pad ( the type you use for sore muscles)

Can you please just clarify l something. You mentioned 4-41/2 cups or 720g of flour, however if you weigh 4 1/2 cups it works out to approx 580g. That’s a big difference. Which figure is correct and what method are you um using to convert 4 1/2 cups flour to 720g. Thank you 🙏

Hello Dimitra In your recipe you wrote 2 eggs yolks plus 2-4 tablespoons milk but in your video you put 3/4 milk with two whole eggs I’m a little bit confused can you help me please Thank you 😊🙏🏻

The 2 egg yolks with the milk are for the egg wash that gets brushed on top of the rolls :)
