This tutorial demonstrates how to work the Tubular Cast ON for 2x2 Rib in the round - perfect for the cuff of a hat. The edge is clean and stretchy, and the stitches just roll around from one side to the other, seamlessly. The hat featured in this video is my design, the Invisicrown Hat, and is available to download for free from Ravelry.com
