Very nice, for you people really into tuning have the knowledge, expertise, and resources to push the envelope and find out how far you can go and see how well all the aftermarket performance products work. In my perfect world, the Civic Sport Touring 6 Speed Hatchback would have all blackout trim like the Sport should have all the Si drivetrain and OEM mods and the Si and new Acura Integra A Spec should have the detuned Type R 2.0L Turbo engine from thr Accord Sport.

I wish they would of done the same thing but I don’t think the Type R would exist it the SI had the 2.0, looking at the accord platform the k20c4 is just as capable as the k20c1

How do you like auto blip in this car? Good for traffic? And it still works with tsp stage 1 tune right?

Still works with the tsp tune, it’s super convenient in traffic… I like it a lot

Welp, Phearable just released their stage 1.5 tune for the Si, and because I'm impatient and impulsive, I just ordered that. I guess I'll just have to compare the two when TSP releases lol

Hey man does the tune ever make you nervous incase you have engine issues? I know you been running civics for a long time and have you ever had issues with a tuned civic under warranty?

I had my 10thgen in for head gasket twice since it was tuned but reflashed back to stock and unlocked from the ecu prior to bringing it in and got the work done under warranty. I wouldn’t guarantee anything though so it’ll be case by case and how your relationship is with the dealership

What kind of power are you getting out of the car with 23 lbs. ? Starting to notice the clutch starting to slip yet?

I’d say the car picked up a solid 35-50whp midrange and up top and I bet 35-50wtq down low. 23psi we did notice slipping on the initial datalogs but it feels okay right now I don’t notice any slip but I don’t usually get on it until after ~4k

@@MitchMc91 it definitely starts to slip in the higher 200’s. We put a clutch in ours and we are hoping to see some over 300 hp numbers in the next couple of weeks. We will have a direct replacement turbo a full stainless 3” exhaust with a dual exit, air intake and air box upgrade. We think with the right tune should make 400 but we know don’t want to over promise yet.

@@westcottdesigns if the fuel system is the same or similar to the 10thgen it’s not going over ~350whp without auxiliary fuelling no matter if you run a drop in or gtx2867, etc. I ran the PRL kit with the gtx2860 on my 10th and that made no more than the 27won w1. What turbo you guys running I see nothing out for the 11thgen yet since it’s quite a bit different

@@MitchMc91 the motor in the 11th Gen is same motor from the 17 through 21 Accord. I used. 10th Gen Clutch and fly wheel with a hydraulic throw out bearing.

I installed ktuner 1.2 along with tsp 1 tune on map 3. On their website it says map 3 is 25psi. In both normal/sport mode i cannot get it to go over 20psi. Ive tried reinstalling the tune but no difference. I am running 91 octane tho since im in California idk if that matters. Have you had this issue or know what might be causing it?

Reach out to tsp directly, mines an old beta map from a few months ago. But most I see is around ~23psi and that’s if I start the pull at around 3000rpm anything higher say 4000-4500rpm I only see ~20-21psi. Let me know what they say regarding it

When selecting map 3(23psi) do you select the 3k rpm line?

@@MitchMc91 i contacted Tsp and they sent me a inverse file which basically just flips the order of the maps. So map 3 is now map 1. That fixed my issue and now im getting 24psi. Tsp and ktuner both said they’ve never encountered this.

Hey been watching the videos, my 22 Si is running dp/fmic/flex kit plus 21 psi ktuner map and during 4th gear roll on when I finally reach target psi my car goes to open loop and super rich (8.5afr) car misses fuel stat goes from 2 to 4 and I have to shut it down. I assume only a custom tune will fix this no idea why my car switches to open loop. But I doubt any other ots tune will fix it. Ever seen this happen? I've dug up some 10th gen posts about it but no real resolutions other than custom maf scaling damn!

I never seen this issue before, you have an intake as well? I’d datalog it with KTuner and send a log over to their email so they can take a peek

@@MitchMc91 hah no worries keep up the content. I am interested to hear what you think about the Swifts after a few weeks. I went with the tein s techs but I've always loved my Swifts in the past. I figured I'd not go quite as stiff this time and they are pretty good but the dual rate spring on the Swifts may have been better overall.

Will there still be warranty on the car with the mods?

It really depends, I can't say yes or no. On the 10th for example some people had issues where I had no issues getting warranty work done after the car was tuned, I returned it to stock, flashed it to stock, unlocked ktuner from the vehicle and had the head gasket done under warranty so it really depends on how you go about it and how your relationship is with the dealer doing the work
