Ryan, have you been into Wilmington to visit Clifford Brown's old hangouts?

@@amanandhismusic What time right?? Stoked to see some more videos! But I love that hahaha. Jazz isn’t all I collect, but is a genre I collect heavily, but I always say that jazz collectors are the craziest of em all and I stand by that hahaha. We’re a crazy bunch

Dude sick finds on the Mobley's. Roll Call is my favorite of his. Great video. Also nice pick up on the Status The Dealers pressing. I love Status and I have a ton. You can find them for a great value usually. I tried to update all the Status releases on Discogs. I think the section is looking much more complete now but it's still missing some Status pressings. I think I'm so into the label because not much is known about it. \
@amanandhismusic2 жыл бұрын
Thanks I’d probably say it’s my second favorite Mobley and my first would probably be 1568 but I’ll never get an original of that so I have a music matters press and also that’s amazing! I never really thought about it that much but maybe I should look into more status pressings just for the price.

@@amanandhismusic Ha! That's great. I actually started collecting records with Frank as well. I went for a complete collection of his studio albums. (I actually have a FB group 'Frank Sinatra Vinyl Lovers' feel free to join!) Then after I exhausted Frank's catalogue, I got into more big band stuff (which was short lived), which got me into Jazz -- my current obsession. Really enjoyed the records, hope you continue!
