A 30 minute video for indoor cycling and turbo training. Ride with three local club cyclists as they battle against a headwind then charge down a gentle descent with numerous corners to negotiate.
You can follow the recommended cadences and/or the effort levels to give structure to your workout. There's plenty of Tempo and Threshold.
It's more-or-less a 10 minute warm-up followed by a 20 minute blast. A good 'de-stressing' session after a day at the office.
