One joule is just 1/12 of the power I always hooked my pigs to on my perimeter fence. In 15 years of moving pigs, single wire fence, I only twice had my pigs get out. Both times was during big lightning storms.

With those large feed bags you could make a pattern for a cool shoulder/grocery bag and make a Sow the Land stamp to have your logo on them and include them in your store. That fabric/plastic will hold alot of weight and last forever. Or another use would be to save as is and in the spring use them to cover fruit trees at night to protect from late frost that can destroy that year's harvest before it gets fully started.

If you milked sheep or a cow, you would have enough protein for your chickens and pigs. Throw the pigs some eggs, and you have more. Grow mangleworzels and daikon radish and you have greens and starches through the winter and beyond. Feed the chickens all of your off- cuts, from butchering. There is no need to buy grain if you don't want to. But if you really wanted seeds for your chickens, consider growing amaranth and millet, very easy and prolific. Sunflower seeds too.
