very nice :) edit: I have a request, could you make a video about drops, because I have heard in reddit and other places that when doing drop throws there are some higher risks to injure the knee tendons. So I try to avoid doing any drop throws, even tho I know they are very effective. Maybe talk about how to fall on the knees in a safer manner? Is it even unsafe or rather less safe than anything else?
