Hey guys, this video just got copyright claimed. I used KZbin's definitely not terrible feature to remove the claimed segment, so you may notice a bit of a jump cut towards the end of the video, and I apologize for that. I'm going to keep this up for now since a lot of you guys seem to like the video, but I'm exploring options to reupload. Still not sure what the best move is -- a claim on a project this involved hasn't happened to me in a long time, and it's the first time it's happened with YT as my actual job, so waking up to this was an awful feeling. In case this doesn't get resolved, here's my Patreon in the meantime if you can kick a buck www.patreon.com/turndownforwalt Thanks again for supporting me and I'm so sorry about this.

Have you considered using Kofi instead of Patreon? The overall cost is much much lower.
@turndownforwalt8 ай бұрын
@@xeno-eh4pq I actually don't know much about Kofi but I can definitely look into it if it can help out. Is it just a lower percentage take than Patreon? What other differences are there?

Afaik Patreon takes 8% per Donation vs Kofi just taking about 5 bucks per month. Which means you'll profit if you make more than ~60 bucks a month
@turndownforwalt8 ай бұрын
@@xeno-eh4pq Oh wow. I think I'm on a legacy plan for Patreon which only takes 5% but that can still be a pretty sizable amount of flat vs. percentage. If I could transfer my current audience to Kofi I'll definitely consider it, just may be tough to get everyone to move

It remains without a doubt one of, if not the greatest weekends of my life, with this set being the peak. I didn't know a soul there, but that energy in the crowd truely brought everyone together. If I might make a suggestion, when playing important clips of the game (like that Mango up b) it might work better to put in the audio and commentary and let the game speak for itself. I feel like hearing the crowd reaction and seeing the clips play out would help to highlight stuff like that.

Also, not on the mainstage, but when S2J took Armada to game 5 there were literally people standing on chairs. The whole venue was on their feet screaming for Johnny. It was amazing. Everyone got sick too, it was deemed the Genesickness. It was like a flu that destroyed everyone. This was before Covid so we all just took it on the chin.
